The Max Meditation System ™ harnesses the full spectrum of different meditation techniques for a truly invigorating experience. It contains five components: An effective body relaxation, a passive, active and guided part of silent meditation, and an appropriate finish.

No previous experience is required. For everyone, even for the practiced, this system is a pleasure of relaxation and renewal.

The Max Meditation System ™ was developed by Dr. Gudni Gudnasson, who has studied the phenomena of the psyche for over 35 years. It combines ancient yoga techniques and acrobatics of the mind with modern techniques of psychology and neurolinguistic programming.
